Depression Meaning And Understanding
Hello friend today i am going to talk about the cause which has made our community and our surroundings sad yes that's true now a days their a many deaths beyond which their is a major cause and that cause cannot be cured by those medicines and all. Actually depression is a state of a person having low mood and aversion to activity which can affect a person's feelings, behavior and sense of well-being. In depressed mood of a person can vary he can feel sad, anxious, free sitting, irritated, ashamed, hopeless, aimless, worthless, finding own as a guilty which develop a lot of negativity in a person. A individual might lose interest in activities that were once being a source of entertainment, pleasuring and he also experience overeating and gain problems such as loss of appetite, have problems concentrating, mental ability or making of decisions, and may thinking about attempt or to commit suicide, Insomnia(not sleeping), excessive sleeping, fatigue, aches, pains, digestive problems or less energy may also be present. Being in a depressed mood is a feature of some psychiatric syndromes such as a major depressive disorder can make major reaction to normal life events such as bereavement, a symptom of some bodily ailments or a side effect of some drugs and medical treatments. There are many causes of depression it may be due to the adversity in childhood, such as the action or condition of being bereaved or sometime being neglected which causes the major effect on brain.
Nowadays most of the cases which are related to depression are the cause of the behavior of parents, yes parents now a days parents treat more to their siblings of their kids which make a sense of negligence, their is also a physical abuse or sexual abuse in families. their is a report that in every 10 Americans their is 1 person having depression but incidence of depression is actually more higher than in figures and in other countries this rate is more. In India as per the National Crime Record bureau the growth chart of depression is that their are total of 1,35,445 persons who do commit suicide in 2012 in a sense you can say 371 suicides a day which rising day by day. Nearly 80% of the people are having this problem or symptoms of clinical depression but those are not having that type of serious depression stages. The growth rate of depression diagnosing is increasing by 20% per year. So all those is also due to rise in love factors too. Their are almost 20% of people who are suffering from love depression. People have no more trust on their loved ones, their s lack of time which is mostly cause depression in relations. If we want this problem to be vanished then every individual will have to focus to their task and will have to be positive toward every life aspect. How To Get Perfect Skin
Hi friends today i have something best tips for your healthy and perfect skin. How to get your skin pimple dark spots ,warts etc. You can do each and every step home no need of going outside or to buy any of the costly facial kit or any steroid products.
1) Determine your skin type -
Different people have different skin so there are mainly oily, normal, dry or even combination of two types of skin such as oily and normal. You can check your type of skin by washing your after that leave your face completely untouched for an hour or half an hour. Now take a tissue paper and dab it on you face if you feel supple and smooth you consider yourself lucky and if you find grease on the tissue then your skin is oily. Dry skin may feel taut or slow flakes of dead skin.
2) Always use natural made toner, cleanser, moisturiser and scrub suited to your skin type-
Nature is good friend of humans so there are many ways to keep your skin healthy, shining and glowing such as using up of honey and turmeric regularly for cleansing and for fair color complexion. Honey also help in bleaching and it also avoid dryness. Neem is good for dark spots and pimples as it is an antiseptic medicine by nature. You can also use neem face wash and face packs. Cucumber helps to reduce the development of dark circles around your eyes.
3) Use your face wash every day-
If you use face wash once or twice a week you will not see much difference in your face so always use your face wash daily. Do wash your face twice a day and if you have gone out in dust then do wash your face and after that apply a moisturiser on face. Always wash your face with your hands not with any washcloth, scrubber or any abrasive material .
4) Wash off the makeup you have done-
Always wash your makeup before going to bed do not ever get lazy about that it or your skin will got damaged. If you are dead tired then invest some of wipes and keep them close to your bed as you may also swipe off your makeup.
5) Eat proper diet-
A great menu is a balanced menu. Eat more and more fruits and boiled vegetables this is help in provuding your skin multinutrients which will enrich your skin. Nutritionists recommend eating three servings of fruits and five servings of vegetables daily. Avoid foods with sugar and caffeine, as well as greasy foods and red meat.
6) Drinking plenty of fluids-
Drinking up of fluids help in glowing and enrichment of skin very much this is the best way to get perfect skin. Try to drink 10 glasses of water or do invest in fruit juice. Avoid sugary soft drinks, caffeine and coffee as they help in development of pimples. Green or herbal tea is rich in antioxidants which help in protecting cells in your body from damage.

Ways To Loose Weight Fast
Hi friends there are many ways to loose weight of your body but the most important thing is that it must be look good nice as many people donot eat to look slim which is not right we must eat that thing which make our body look hot so let you know some of the points in order to look dynamic.
Walking:- If the weather is nice, it's wonderful to get outside and enjoy the scenery around you while you exercise. However, if the weather has other ideas , you can just as easily get an effective walking workout at home . If you have a flight of stairs, go up down them a few times. this will help to tone up your legs, while getting some low impact aerobic exercise as well . If you don't have any stairs available , just walk around the house a few times- it may be very exciting, but it will give the result.

Squats:- These are the most incredible exercise for your legs, buttocks and abdominal muscles. You can even just try these by sitting and standing up again from a regular chair, if you are finding them to be too difficult. This exercise help in getting ripped from lower abdominal fat too.
Push ups- These are probably the most favorite exercise of many of the people, but while these are hard to do , you can do these on floor or onto two chairs . You can do them also on your knees instead of straight legs . This will help in growth of your arm muscles and chest muscles.

More
than one -third of adults and 12.5 million children and teens in the US
are obese. In the last 30 years, obesity in children and teens has
nearly tripled. In INDIA people eat too much oily food and according to a
study report, the obesity epidemic in INDIA has increased by 20% from
1998 to2005 and this has been increasing day by day.
One
can of soda contains 10 teaspoons of sugar and the average American
adult drinks 500 cans of soda every year.same in INDIA people consume a
large quantity of soda drinks estimating about 52 pounds of sugar
consumed in soft drinks alone which is a main leading way to diabetes.
An unhealthy diet leads to diseases like diabetes, hypertension, certain cancers, obesity, and micro nutrient deficiency.
In
a survey of 9th through 12th graders in 2011, 13.1 % of teens and
children admitted to skipping breakfast in the past 7 days, while 11.3 %
had drunk 3+ servings of soda per day in the same time frame .
Breakfast
is the most important meal of the day because it feeds your body and
mind with all necessary nutrients and energy to function through the day. Eating breakfast regularly will also help keep weight off because it
gets your metabolism going.
In
the same survey, more than 15 % of students were overweight, and more
than 12 % admitted to starving themselves fur 24 hours or more in the
last month in an attempt to lose weight.
Rest
is a very important aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. Teenagers
need 9 or more hours of sleep per night for their bodies to function
properly. less than a third of high school students in 2011 reported
getting 8 or more hours of sleep per night. Sleeping the right amount
can prevent sickness, obesity,high blood pressure, and injury it also
help in developing up of new ideas.
Physical activity like aerobics exercise (walking, running),
muscle-strengthening (weight-lifting), bone-strengthening (jumping
rope), and balance and stretching activities (yoga,dancing) are
especially beneficial to a healthy body.
The more fresh foods you consume, the healthier you will be. It contain
unnatural preservatives, additives, and chemical that deteriorate your
body. Focus on fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, low-fat
dairies, and above all moderation in whatever you eat.
snacking
means cutting out the vending machine chips and candy bars and adding
in the granola, bagged fruits or veggies, proteins bars, or nuts.
Depending
upon the amount of physical activities you do, you can calculate how
many calories /day are healthy for your weight and lifestyle .For teens,
the average recommended caloric intake is 2,100 calories, but it is
important to base your diet on your activity.
